1. Standard Return Policy
We want you to love every product you receive from Calmleam. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the item price.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

2. How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps and our team will guide you through the rest:
Email Our Support Team
Send an email to support@calmleam.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Please use the subject line: RETURN REQUEST.
Receive Your Return Instructions
Our team will respond within 1 business day with your return label and step-by-step instructions for sending your item back safely.
Ship Your Item & Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s done.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging every order, but occasionally items may be damaged during transit. If your order arrives in poor condition, please don’t worry — we’ll make it right.
To report a damaged item, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order:
- Send your email to support@calmleam.com
- Use the subject line: DAMAGED ITEM
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Upon review, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. We aim to resolve all damage claims within 2–3 business days.
4. Missing Items
If your order arrives incomplete or an item is missing, please first check whether your order was shipped in multiple packages — some orders are dispatched from different warehouse locations and may arrive separately.
If items are still missing after all packages have arrived:
- Email us at support@calmleam.com
- Use the subject line: MISSING ITEM
- Include your order number and a description of the missing item(s)
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
