Orders & Account
Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, registering with Calmleam comes with some great perks:
- Faster checkout on future orders with saved details
- Easy access to your full order history and status
- Early access to new arrivals and exclusive member promotions
- Personalized product recommendations based on your pets
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change, please contact us at support@calmleam.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make modifications.
How do I set or update my shipping address?
Please ensure your shipping address is entered in English, including punctuation. If your address contains non-English characters, please substitute them with the closest English equivalent.
Important: Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched. We recommend using your permanent residential address rather than a temporary location.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions on Calmleam are processed through SSL-encrypted connections. Your card details are transmitted directly to our payment processor’s secure network and are never stored on our servers. We take your privacy and financial security seriously.
Are there any currency conversion fees?
All Calmleam transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank or card provider will apply the exchange rate at the time of processing. Any conversion fees are determined by your financial institution, not by us.
Shipping & Tracking
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your selected shipping method and destination. As a general guide:

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. You can also track your package directly using the button below.

Are your pet food and treat products safe?
Yes. Every food and treat product sold at Calmleam is carefully selected and quality-checked before being listed in our store. We prioritize products made with natural, recognizable ingredients and free from harmful additives. We do not list products that we would not feed to our own dogs.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We sincerely apologize if this happens. Please contact us at support@calmleam.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and our team will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
There are missing items in my order — what should I do?
Please first check whether your order was shipped in multiple packages, as some orders are split across separate shipments. If items are still missing after all packages have arrived, contact us immediately at support@calmleam.com with your order number and we will resolve it promptly.
